Surface cleaning concrete, brick and pavers is something that is often done improperly by others.  We continually see lines left in driveways which is the most common occurrence we see.  Having the proper PSI regulated on your equipment to not etch is crucial and can have permanent impacts.  If the machines PSI is too high, especially on newer concrete, it can actually remove the top layer and leave permanent lines in the concrete.  The other issue we see with lines is companies not using proper tips, walking methods or treatments to remove these lines.  Having an arsenal of cleaning methods and treatments to actually kill the algae in the pores of the concrete is vital to having the longest lasting and deepest clean available.
